How I Work with You
People often find that simply talking about their struggles isn’t enough to create lasting change. I use evidence-based methods that go beyond conversation to address the deeper drivers of persistent symptoms. Using EMDR as a primary framework, I integrate somatic, parts-work, and cognitive techniques tailored to your specific needs.
I have a strong understanding of and professional experience working with a range of issues including PTSD and C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, and chronic pain. When complex trauma and dissociation symptoms are present, safety and stability are prioritised to ensure trauma-informed care.
I have worked in both private and public healthcare sectors, and have experience working with adults, older adults, and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
I work with individuals aged 18+.
If you feel we would be a good fit, please reach out to schedule an initial consult.

Key Modalities
Parts-Work
Connecting with different 'parts' or aspects of yourself can foster clarity and safety. This approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego State Therapy, and neurobiological theories of trauma to help you make sense of your internal world.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
A somatic approach that focuses on the body's critical role in psychological symptoms. Having undertaken part of my clinical postgraduate training within a pain clinic, I have a deep understanding of the neuro-psycho-biology of pain and how psychological treatments can help.
Phase-Oriented Approach to Trauma and Dissociation
A structured approach to therapy that focuses on reducing symptoms and supporting nervous system regulation, increasing understanding of different parts of the self, and addressing traumatic experiences. Treatment moves flexibly between these phases according to individual needs.
Feedback Informed Treatment
There is significant investment involved in seeking psychological support. Feedback-informed treatment helps to place the client’s goals at the focus of sessions, by strongly welcoming and routinely gathering feedback. Feedback is then used to guide and improve therapy.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to distress.
